About
I am an experienced bilingual psychodynamic psychotherapist. I work with couples and individuals to help them to understand and address the problems they are having in their relationships, whether in the past or present.
I offer a safe, respectful and constructive environment to couples and individuals, for them to explore and reflect upon what makes them feel stuck and alone, upon what might be causing their frustration, disappointment and unhappiness. I will seek to open up your capacity to communicate, as well as to stimulate curiosity about yourself, your partner and others. By identifying links between present and past, I can help you understand more about yourself and your partner. Ultimately, my aim is to help you develop creative, positive and happy relationships.
Following my first training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Tavistock Relationships, I trained in Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), which helps couples experiencing high levels of conflict and in Couple Therapy for Depression, an integrative approach to work with couples where one or both present with depression and anxiety. I am now in the process of completing a training in psychosexual psychotherapy, always at Tavistock Relationships where I am staff member.
