About

I am an experienced couple and individual psychodynamic psychotherapist. My aim is to help individuals and couples to better understand themselves and their situations so they can have happier, more supportive and fulfilling relationships. I trained at Tavistock Relationships, a world-renowned institution for relationship therapy, and I also hold additional qualifications in systemic approaches to working with individuals, families and organisations.

Relationships are often challenging, but I strongly believe they can be worked on. Infidelity, physical or mental illness, and emotional or sexual intimacy problems can all cause conflicts within a relationship. You may feel lonely, overwhelmed, anxious or angry, or find it hard to communicate with your partner or others about your needs.

In my practice, I put emphasis on interactions, conflicts, behaviour patterns and events of the past to help my clients understand these feelings. This is a mutual process where together we observe the conscious dynamics at play while uncovering what is going on beneath the surface.

I offer both online and in-person sessions – whichever you prefer and feel most comfortable with. I offer sessions during the day and in the evening, so you can fit therapy around your lifestyle.
