About

I am an experienced psychotherapist who works with a diverse people from different backgrounds, cultures, and orientations, helping them overcome obstacles, embrace positive change, rediscover intimacy, connection and empowering them to make positive life changes.
My approach is firmly rooted in psychodynamic principles which means we will dive deep into your past to unravel how it shapes your present thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we’ll uncover your relationship dynamics and pave the way for transformation.
My expertise lies in facilitating conflict resolution, improving communication skills, nurturing emotional and intimate connections, and guiding individuals through the difficulties of fertility loss or perinatal concerns. I also specialise in delivering tailored support to C-suite executives facing relationship roadblocks or are facing challenges in their work life.

When I’m not at Us in Therapy, I’m honoured to be part of the perinatal team at the prestigious South London and Maudsley Trust in the NHS. I also serve as an honorary member of the psychosexual team at St. Mary’s Hospital.

My training and education involve Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic, Theory and Practice (Roehampton University/WPF Therapy), Certificate in Psychosexual Therapy – Tavistock Relationships, Certificate Introduction to Individuals and Couples Therapy Tavistock Relationships, currently training as a psychosexual therapist at Tavistock Relationships and working towards CORST accreditation. I am a professional member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) and a clinical member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
