I am a psychologist who has worked in the NHS with 20+ years’ experience in mental health care.  My attention now is on building the nurturing and authentic relationships that encourage openness to explore the most intimate areas of sexuality. I work in ways that welcome and celebrate all that makes us most unique and inherently human.

I have trained in multiple models and integrate Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Attachment, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt models to best suit you individually or in your relationship(s). My focus on the role of the nervous system creates relaxed and fun intimate moments, alleviating anxiety to build a better mind and body connection. I also work gently with your sexual narrative, especially if it involves trauma, to let any shame be witnessed to honor its place in your history. I am a practical therapist and offer lots of helpful educational and reading materials in addition or as part of homework exercises.
