I am an experienced couples and individual counsellor. I work in both my private practice and as a support counsellor in two London LGBT charities.

I always appreciate that it takes courage to decide to seek support and the first step can seem daunting. If you decide to come and see me, our first session will be a chance for you to meet me, see where we would work together and for you to tell me something of yourself and why you feel that this is the time you would like to explore whatever issue you wish to bring to counselling and what you hope to get from counselling. The work is open ended and can be a few sessions, or a longer experience. There is no obligation to go beyond the initial consultation.
