About
I offer individual and couples’ counselling and psychotherapy. I trained at the Metanoia Institute in Ealing where I gained my clinical diploma in Transactional Analysis psychotherapeutic counselling. I am currently completing my MSc in TA psychotherapy at the same university.
I developed an interest in the mind and helping people deal with trauma and other psychological issues whilst working at The Terrence Higgins Trust in 2016-18. I gained valuable experience in helping people with issues around internalised homophobia, toxic shame, depression amongst others. My approach to counselling is based upon the principles of Transactional Analysis that by maintaining a foundation for relating to people in a belief that we are all born OK and everyone is entitled to equality, respect and validation. I believe that at our core, we are all lovable and have a positive desire for growth.
